central location great location plentiful choice disruptive noise attentive service
the location was central. it was close to several key attractions. the breakfast was also nice.. the buffet offered plentiful choices. additional items were available from the menu on request. the staff were particularly friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the attention to detail.
i experienced some issues . it started early each morning. they continued making noise in the hallways even after i requested no cleaning. i think i missed more attentive service.

mostly positive stay
central location good breakfast clean service understocked bar unprepared staff unavailable items
the location is very central. i could walk almost everywhere i wanted to go. the breakfast included many options and tasted very good. the staff worked hard to keep everything clean.
they did not know about a specific gin flight advertised. some advertised items were unavailable, like baileys. i found this disappointing.

limited teas insufficient air conditioning
the air conditioning was not functioning properly . i had to call maintenance twice, yet the temperature remained uncomfortably warm. this made sleeping difficult. also, i found the selection of teas at breakfast to be quite limited. i expected more variety given the hotel's reputation. i did have expected a broader range of herbal infusions.

excellent central Location
cute lobby flower arrangement breakfast buffet dining staff
the staff were always available when i needed information i appreciated the cute lobby and its flower arrangement the breakfast buffet had a wide selection i found the dining staff kind and eager to please. i also found the commitment to service quality was evident throughout my stay. i was happy with the room service.
the air conditioning did not work properly i needed to use fans at night during the heat when i came to the reception i received no help because the hotel was full i could not change a room.

The breakfast had tasty options and lots of choices. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the hotel in general. The front desk called me immediately when my room was ready. WOW!
The gym is a little small. It only had a few machines.

Lovely stay
early room detailed décor quiet room breakfast variety
The hotel surprised us with an early room. It featured detailed décor. Our quiet room provided comfy beds and clean facilities. An iron was available upon request from the front desk. The hotel's location was close to main attractions. Breakfast offered great variety. Attending the opera dinner, suggested by the hotel, proved worthwhile. I'm grateful for such a nice experience.
ordering room service was AWFUL. The phone got hung up multiple times, and the staff member seemed rude. It was frustrating and definitely detracted from an otherwise great stay.

The staff was helpful and also friendly, always ready to assist with any requests we had . They provided prompt and courteous service at all times. Any questions that we had were answered and they gave helpful tips.

Breakfast included varied choices. Options ranged from hot dishes to fresh pastries. The hotel restaurant offers a diverse menu. I found that each dish was carefully prepared with fresh ingredients. AVO toast was the best and tasty. the menu was really attractive.

The room featured spacious areas. It had well-decorated interiors and a massive, comfortable bed. The bathroom had a bathtub, too. A big plus was the cleanliness of the room. It was immaculate and well kept. I felt the staff worked hard to achieve that.

The hotel boasts a beautiful building that is located centrally and offers easy access to major attractions. The reception area provided a cozy space to relax. I enjoyed my time in it. The hotel includes a ballroom, located in the basement.
